I wanted to clarify that the issue might not be directly related to cursor lag. Instead, it appears that sometimes the Easter egg sprites are rendered above the cursor. Ideally, the cursor should always be displayed on top of all sprites, including these Easter eggs. This could be the root cause of what users are experiencing as cursor delay.
