Just to be clear, no installation is needed, you just unzip the whole folder and put it somewhere on your computer. The result should look like this:

What OS are you on? If you're on windows and running the .exe try to right click it and run as administrator.

If your on Linux/mac try running the corresponding script.

I'm using windows 10, and I found out how to fix it. Just make the folders that it says is missing and it launches, but should I worry about the missing folders? The folders that were missing were campaign and temp in the data folder, and mods in the resource folder.
