Yes you do! Unless there is something I'm unaware of.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! It should be fixed and hopefully won't happen again as I now check for case of paths on all platforms. The game now wants an argument (launcher) to start the settings launcher prior to the game. I thought you passed an argument with -argument, but apparently you don't use the "-", so I've removed that from the script and hope it works, let me know if it doesn't!

Hello. The way I've understood it is that you can set different prices on your files, which is good and clean. I was wondering if I could set different pricing tiers on the same file and have customer information stored per tier? I don't think you have this feature, but please consider it, as it would be very helpful to me and probably others. Something like
Game 10$
Game + steam key 15$
Game + steam + credits 20$
Hello! Happy you like it. Probably you are walling of your throne. Everything and everyone needs to be connected to it and able to reach it. Check it you have any walls being constructed that would do this and cancel them. You can also move your throne instantly to where it is reachable. Hope it helps!
Ah, so it's not fixed. I'm very confounded by this bug. It seems that it's related to windows 7, but I can't recreate it, so it's hard to diagnose. I think the only way I can fix this is if I get my hands on a windows 7 computer, which I hope I do some day. Thanks for showing an interest, and I hope you will be able to play it some day!
Yes, sure!
It's a file in res/data/definitions called Tech.txt
It is a text file in JSON format. First all the available bonuses are listed and you can't add or remove any of those, but you can change de name and description. Then comes the technologies. ( TECH: [...] )
Here you can add or remove techs. To add one, simply copy a clause and fill in the information. It could be tricky if you've never done anything like it, but very simple if dealt with JSON before.
After techs have been added you must visit the race file in res/data/race/Dondorian.txt and add the keys of your new techs in the TECHNOLOGIES: clause
Then you're done. Unfortunately, it is not save game compatible, so you'll need to make a new game after changing this stuff. I will change that. I will also make a much more extensive guide some day :) Good luck, don't hesitate to ask again if you need to.
Hi there, thanks for playing. Unfortunately when you've finished building a room, it is fixed. This is for a number of reasons and it's quite hard to fix, but more than you have asked for it, so I guess I'll have to fix it some day.
Research, yes it's all I got, but they can be added by anyone in a file and it's very simple. Of course more should be added, I just haven't gotten arround to it.
Right now the world map serves little purpose and the engine only supports one city at a time. This will be fixed in the future.
No battles or diplomacy yet, but on its way.
Hi! Thanks for playing my little game. If you played in generator mode, cotton is spawned in your throne room. Unfortunately it degrades over time, but it should stick around for at least a few years. However, if you don't build a cotton farm prior to it vanishing completely, you are screwed. If you're playing the tutorial, cotton should spawn when after you've completed objective 6 / 7 and built a metal smelter.
You can always add cotton with the developer tools if you enable dev-mode in the launcher.
Just to be clear, no installation is needed, you just unzip the whole folder and put it somewhere on your computer. The result should look like this:
What OS are you on? If you're on windows and running the .exe try to right click it and run as administrator. If your on Linux/mac try running the corresponding script.
Hope it helps!
That's a first for me. I suppose the game in unable to write files on your computer for whatever reason. And if that's the case, you will not be notified of any errors either. If you have any files in errorLogs/ please send them my way. If not, what OS are you on? Perhaps you can give write access to the game somehow. Maybe run the game as administrator?
Don't know if this is the right forum, but I just had a horrible experience. That was trying to upload my game on Discord's store. It was absolutely horrid and set me back 25$ you need to pay in advance before they subject you to their process. And I haven't even dared to examine steam.
That being said, itch really offers a lovely interface for someone like me. The website is great, the customizing options powerful but simple and lets one focus on game development rather than paperwork and deployment scripts. Don't ever change!
it might help if you manually set java to be run with the Nvidia card in the Nvidia control panel. It probably tries to run with intel 4000 ATM. That should work too, but it obviously doesn't for you and I don't know why because I can't reproduce it.
I don't have such a panel, but this might be helpful:

Hello! Thanks for letting me know. And I wish I knew what that might be. Could you share your computer specs with me? I'm looking for OS (windows 7/8/9/10) and Graphics card specifics. You can share them here, or if you're shy, mail them to bugs@songsofsyx.com . If you have a settings for your graphics card, are you overriding any default settings?
