Hi, I gave it a try to the game and it’s a great game to play and have an interesting story. I found some things to improve in future updates:
- Inside the castle, you have people wandering around than if you touch them you fight them, and that is great. What it’s strange is than you have random battle encounters while you’re walking, that makes it feel strange and make you think where they came from as you didn’t found anyone, so I will leave only the knights wandering around and remove the random battle encounters inside the castle
- It was very hard to me to find the secret passage to the labyrinth as the game don’t indicate you with any hint where it can be and thanks to RPG Maker Web video I found where it was. It will be necessary than there is some hint like a cracked wall than say to you than that spot is special
- In the labyrinth area you find skeletons wandering, but sometimes when you fight them you fight another monster than is not a skeleton. It will be great than the enemy wandering around is the enemy than you will fight so you know what you will fight
- The level up system feels to me unbalanced as you win experience really fast and you’re increasing levels very fast, also than with every level increase you restore your life and mana makes it really unbalanced. I will make than you don’t restore life and mana with every level increase and make the characters win experience more slowly
- The game don’t tell you very much of the story until some time passed and you’re like 15 minutes without knowing anything of the game story. It will be great than the game explains you more about the story in less time so the player want to know more about the story and want to continue playing
The game have a good base and surely with some improvements it will be a great game!! Good luck working on it!! I hope it goes well!!
