Glad to hear you won't actually have to see the guy who screwed things up so much for you; I think you mentioned that having to see him in the courtroom would be likely to aggravate your PTSD.
I have to see his "friends", sadly, that were there as well. But I will manage, I have a good friend that will accompany when I have to testify so that I won't be completely alone against those four.
