Creative for sure! You stand out from the others by choosing to go for a Paris-setting (which you nail!). Also, the pigeon-sounds work nicely without overusing them. Nice incorporation of speedups and chaotic (but not too chaotic) pigeon-sounds. I expected the piece at 0:58 - 1:26 to have a bit more power or "oomph", but other than that, it is a really interesting and cool song! Well done :D
