I think I died at the moment of autosave. After re-entering the game, a black vignette appeared on my screen. This doesn't happen in other saves. It's very strange, but it's true. Can I somehow fix this? Because of this vignette I can’t continue playing on this save.
P.S. I just played for about 10 minutes on the same save and it went away. But I’ll still leave a post for the developer to fix the bug.
