If you haven't bought the game yet, the best option is to just subscribe for a month, as you get the new content right away AND a key for it here. That's the enticement/reward for new people. The reward for those who already own it is that you get one (potentially THREE, depending on when you bought in) packs with a bunch of new content for $0 as long as you're patient.
