I am having an issue with the radio tower. I am new to the game and I have received an email from Dr. Bao saying they can't determine my location. And before you say it, yes I know you have to reset the tower when it goes down. It says "all is fine" when I climb up the tower. I issued a tw.check on the console and it says the tower is online. I made sure all servers were up and I have power from the transformers. I don't know what to do. I can't get any orders or send anything out. Is this a bug? Nothing I have tried works and loading my save does not work either.
