It's a sequence block and one of the things were looking to fix with pending bugfixes. You should still be able to finish her tour and drop her off. Were you able to get to blocked off tree in the forest maze?
yeah I was able to completely finish that quest with her, but after the quest all of the interactions the character makes also has her input, as if the quest were still ongoing
