save reset: clean trash and filth might help, I've not used it personally but I believe it was added for people who don't like dealing with the garbage. I'd say back up the save first but the trash already respawned so what's the worst that could happen lol
I tried that, but it keeps coming back. Strangely, the grime hasn't reappeared, only the trash. I've manually cleaned it all again, going to see if that sticks.
