Does the settings button work in the main menu?
If so, click that, go to options, then click "Open Save Data Location". Then open "characterIDs.es3" in Notepad. Are there any words? Or is it blank?
There are words in it, but even on the new release it simply refuses to let me finish my character. When I try to leave, the same thing with the Exit button. I desperately want to play it, but for whatever reason it is simply broken for me. I tried deleting past character attempts, changing the display, and messing with the graphics. Everything I could think of, but nothing has worked.
Edit: After re-downloading, turns out spam clicking works, somewhat.
