Something in your save file is probably corrupted. How much time have you put into this file? Deleting it would be the easiest thing to do. Fixing it might be possible, but its a bit harder.

1. Close the game.
2. Navigate to C:\Users\(YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\LocalLow\SolitaryScribbles\ChubChompChill
3. Locate the file "Player.log"
4. Upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox or something and link it to me so I can try to find where the error is
