I'm pretty sure there are some you can find itch.io! I remember downloading this Pronoun Tool for Ren'Py by npckc (itch.io) but I never had the chance to fully test it out since I was too busy. I do hope it works for you! If you cant figure it out and you wish to make your game inclusive, then switching the terms to a more gender neutral one would probably be better!
