You can already explore the Shops and the Cafe (well, you can stand outside the cafe) if you talk to Claire :)
Wait, I forgot to say on the next update 😅 and I'm in war rn and I have to conquer all town districts and is it available on other side of the bridge in the next update or is it available now?
