Hi. You stumbled upon a pretty strange bug, since Jennifer's choice to refuse to participate in the tournament has been removed from the final version. I double checked the script and there should be no way to actually get to that line anymore. What were your last two decisions?

The last was "Enter the tournament" or "Refuse him." And the second to last was "Look for a trail to Maya at the club" or "Join Brock and Samantha."

And there's another dead end after getting the information about Maya and Autumn's whereabouts from Ralph after banging him. He calls the next morning, John teaches Jennifer how to shoot, she goes back to her hotel room and thinks, "(Even if the price I paid for that information was... high.)" Then fade to black, next screen, "Thanks for playing." Very awkward place to end.

I just remembered. I downloaded it from F95zone because, when I clicked on the link to download it here, a warning message came up saying, "WARNING: This Page Has Been Quarantined. Our system has flagged this page for additional review due to potential suspicious behavior from the page owner." So I thought it best to steer clear of downloading it here. Downloading from F95 gave no such warning. And it says v1.0 there too, so it should be the same thing.

Then you download an outdated version. This is 1.0b, which includes bug fixes and other corrections.

Have you tried the multi-link version or the single-link, external GDrive version? The single link one shouldn't give you any issues normally, since it's literally coming from the google servers. As for the internal itch links: I've never heard anyone getting a virus or malware from downloading games from the itch.io servers. So it's most likely your browser security being a little too cautious.

I clicked on "Single File Download" for Windows. It gave me the warning message...

I will throw caution to the wind and download from here anyway. What the fuck am I paying McAfee $150 a year for anyway? Wish me luck...

So, I tried downloading it with a VPN, since downloading from my own IP gave me no issues. I also got the same warning from itch, when I did it with the VPN. I'm pretty sure I'm currently shadowbanned, which is most likely because some joker uploaded one of my new projects on here, without asking me. I only discovered the unauthorized upload, after I had uploaded the official version on here myself. I guess itch staff saw two pages for the same game on here, got sus and now has shadowbanned both accounts, until they (hopefully) come to the conclusion that my account is the real developer of the game.

So, in short, you don't have to worry about any viruses, this is because of the current shadowban.

Oh, geez. I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you can get that cleared up. It is a really good game. One of the best I've ever played. I've been playing it and haven't had any virus problems yet, so I'm sure it's fine. Thank you.
