Have you tried pressing enter on your keyboard, or pressing start on your controller?

Yeah I tried pretty much every key possible, including Enter several times. I haven't tried playing with a gamepad yet though.

Could it be because I updated by dropping the files onto the folder with the previous version?

Also, I'm using an ultrawide monitor, if that changes anything.

I'll try a clean install later when I'm on the PC.

Yes, that might be the case. Sometimes I add some extra settings/values in the progress file, and if those values are not present, the system will read the wrong values and everything gets screwed up.

The ultrawide monitor shouldn't be a problem.

That was indeed the issue, I deleted everything and got a fresh copy, and everything works fine. Thanks!
