Thank you so much for playing my game and uploading it to YouTube. Your feedback was super helpful. A lot of the time spent on development was me playing the game, and checking for bugs and then fixing them, but you pointed a few out that I clearly missed. To be honest, I wasn't sure if the game was any good, but I had fun making it and was proud nonetheless.
Not sure how much you know about game development, but the AI can only move if they are walking on a Nav Mesh. They stopped following you simply because you walked out of the Nav Mesh, so they couldn't move. I didn't make it any bigger, because as soon as you enter it, they start following you - so by the time you got near the tower, all of the enemies would have already left the tower looking for you and you'd be fighting them in the desert. Looking back now, it's a really easy thing to fix, which I never considered. I know the AI could definitely be improved, and I think it is the worst part of the game. The AI are sometimes bulletproof and I don't know why, I'd need a while to test it to see what was wrong but it's probably a collision bug.
The name 'epicjohncenafan' is actually my old Xbox gamertag when I was younger, so that's why it sounds like a joke. I have considered changing it but I think it's quite funny and unique so I just stick with it.
Fall damage does exist, but you didn't fall from high enough. You must have hit the mountain while sliding down it, so the fall damage height would have reset.
I didn't make the assets, I either bought or downloaded them from various places around the internet. Most of development was either programming, or implementing animations. I love the desert and some of the effects - like the heat rising, but I won't take any credit for it.
I know this was a long response, but thanks so much for the feedback. It is extremely helpful especially when you are developing on your own. It's great to hear that I did a good job on this game. Thank you.
