This is a great question! We probably could get Therapeutic Domming in the Quest store, but only if we changed the name. Quest won't allow adult content, so it's largely out of the realm of possibility.
I was thinking of just the apk. Most people sideload these things through stuff like sidequest :) You don't have to change the name, and it can be on the same itch.io page as a different platform/download option.
What you could try is to add the game to steam as an external game and start it with steamvr. Did not tried it out for this game but worked on other VR-games. It will still require a good graphic card as the Quest just streams it from your pc via wlan.
