Same thing happened to me, from what I can tell, it's if you choose anything but immediately buying the VIP pass. Correction, it's when you pick the option for picking holo's new name, it won't let you go back to her & actually interact with her again/speak to her again after that option is picked & done with, it seems to soft lock only allowing you to try walk in but her reminding you about the pass even sleeping skipping hours does nothing, & even reloading the game, sadly nothing fixed it part from reloading back a save. Loving the game so far tho none the less
