I can't fix your issue with the boat, because it's a complicated part of the code. I need Chris for that part. Doing that will be unfair for the jam rules, I think. So we have to wait a little.
But as I said in comments, you did right and the text is wrong because it's does not update. If it says "Well done", the boat is fixed. It's okay. You already learned what do not carry on the boat… good for you ! :-)
