The download doesn't seem to be working, it gets stuck retrying and won't actually start the download. Using the Mega desktop app and the website in Firefox.
Sorry for missing this! Did you ever get this figured out? Chances are its either you'd downloaded more than 5gb of data via Mega that day or Firefox's cache may have needed to be emptied.
