Howdy. Question. I have the GoG version, dunno if it's updated at the same pace as itch, but when I try to open the game I get a fatal error. It says there's not enough video memory. This hasn't happened with any other games or applications. I know it ain't a lot to go off of, but does anyone have an idea on a possible solution

What hardware are you running it on?

Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 super, Intel i9-14900KF, 32gb ram, windows 10 64bit

I'd be surprised if my pc couldn't technically run the game, but maybe some setting is causing some value to overflow? Or well, idk programming so that's just an uninformed guess.

Have you updated your drivers recently?

According to the geforce app, my video drivers are all up to date.

The only thing I can think off is the galaxy downloader is doing something weird. How did you install it via gog?

I just downloaded the game through the galaxy app. Tried deleting and reinstalling just in case but that didn't fix the issue. I would absolutely believe that galaxy is doing something funky though, wouldn't be the first time I've had an issue with a game there @.@

Oh, ya know what? I saw the suggestion to run dx11 on another reply, tried it, and it's working now!

Oh what? That's very odd then. Perhaps you need to install directx manually on your system.
