Maybe I could fix that problem if I had more information...What operating system are you two using?Did you try to download the game more than once?Did you follow the instructions to run the game?
im using windows 11, I unzipped the file then tried to play and i didnt try installing it twice
Maybe the file is corrupted, maybe you could delete the game and download it again to see if it continues to corrupt.
