Save before any sex scenes and then try with each slave, use mind reading on each to see if they have become pregnant. Also check and make sure your main character and slaves don't have contraceptives selected.
Fastest way to go through the scene is to just select a vaginal penetration position and repeatedly select it until it ends
I also noticed that my starting slave gets stressed whenever she has sex, is that a bug, or part of the mod/base game?
