I don't want my games to be 18+, so I don't plan to make a game with fully visible nude sprites. I have made sprites of characters taking showers/baths, but they're always censored with bubbles.

The addition of her big chest was because I wanted her to stand out from standard/traditional indie horror protagonists, and I also want to show that just because a character has a big chest, it doesn't mean that they belong in a 18+ game; they can still be protagonists in other types of games. Big chested characters, be it male or female, deserve representation in non adult games.
When people complain about characters such as Lucy just because of their bust size, that motivates me to make more characters like her.

I also think it's interesting to see how people react to her design, considering she's not a standard indie horror protagonist in terms of body proportions

Ok but isn't that a bit sexist? Like Lucy is a big chested woman to stand out but, (and i apologize if i get this wrong since i am just encountering your works) i don't see any busty males, how could me and the bois feel included and seen without representation?

You may want to take a look at this preview of the protagonist of a game I have planned for the future

Ok now im a straight male...

But... (Jokes aside that's actually pretty hilarious and amazing, have a nice day and stay cool)

Big breasts are one thing and big inhuman r34 breasts are another, in my opinion.
