The game doesn't allow for that. If it does happen by accident, it will cause errors and potentially break the game. Due to how many possibilities there could be once more Consensual Predators get added, it is limited to Amelia + 1. If I allowed Amelia + 2 or more, the total images would continue to multiply by all Consensual Predators in the game and get out of control. Each consensual predator has about 20 share stomach images if only Amelia needs to be worried about. If I needed to worry about making it so up to 3 were in the same image, and lets say there's a total of 6 consensual predators, that suddenly becomes 20 x 3 x 6, or 360 images. That doesn't take into account the dialogue required to describe it. Add another and it becomes even worse, so for the sake of the scope of the game this is not possible.
My math could be off, but TLDR: the scope of the game needs to be limited, so this is not possible.
