On PC, saves are kept between versions if you play on the same computer. On Android too if you upgrade the app. Though with the last update, there was a major change on Android which might have been the cause of you losing your saves.
If I open the V6.2 I have all my saves, if I open V7.5 it seems I've lost every save, I'm on Pc, same Pc :(
Ok, odd. You can try to manually transfer saves. When you open Eternum's folder, your saves should be in the "/game/saves" directory.
