You should consider hiring someone and switching them out in the future.
It can really set your game apart from the rest.
I have a list on that one site (you know the one), of games with custom animations and it's only 6 games long out of the 70+ koikatsu games I've played.
If you ever go back and swap them out, I would love to add your game to that list in hopes that more people will find and play it.

I'm starting to look for some narrative commissions and my plan is to invest as much as I can in this game.
Right now I have very little resources, but as soon as I can afford to commission someone for animations, I'll even remake the old ones.
