Your executabe file won't launch on my PC. Neither will Stormside game's executable launch, and it has the same icon for the executable. What are you using for your game engine that Windows 10 isn't liking right now?
The game uses renpy and is stand-alone (all the files needed to run is in the archive). Assuming you downloaded the PC version, the ahitr.exe is the main executable for a 64 bit PC and the ahitr-32.exe file is for a 32 bit PC. Renpy games can also take a couple minutes to load, depending on size. Hope this information helps.

Sorry you're having issues getting the game up and running.
As llo mentioned, AHITR uses Renpy and everything needed to play is already included. Usually it can take 30-60s for the game to open for the first time.
There also has been known issues if you have any anti-virus software running, it might flag the game as a false threat, making unplayable until you allow it through the program.
