mostly it is just art but when it does have a dialogue or scene changed it is mostly around Lyall, Ivar, and Quill. Thane and Arshem don’t treat you any different.
There’s no choice specific to one gender so the story revolves and changes drastically more on ur choices than gender itself. The changes are more in flavor text, such as Lyall confused why his roommate is a girl, ivar being nice when giving u a flower and not try to choke you, Quill being a bit less teasing towards you and more gentle in his wording.Pretty much that is it
