I'm getting a constant issue of character and enemy models not loading. everything else works fine.

That's likely a driver issue, probably something with your computer not supporting Open GLES3 I assume. Anyway, it's Godot related and not something I can really help you with.
I thought it was my internet being crappy, anyways, its more of a 50/50 if the models work, and I hope I can get a better PC some day. thank you
