This was a short, beautiful experience. Nicely written! The visual and audio design were really good, too.
Reading over some of the feedback you've already gotten, I don't have much to add. I'd agree that the pacing felt bumpy, but the story still had the full-arc I would have wanted from it. It didn't have "fun gameplay", but I'm not sure that would have complimented the experience. I'd add that the cliff edge on the right felt like a Chekhov's gun, especially given the warning about depression and loss. I'm not sure if that was intended.
