Overall great game! You have to be on your toes which works very well with the ninja and dungeon crawling themes. The flood mechanic is novel and mechanically keeps you from backtracking. It was a little hard to tell interact-able objects and enemies apart from each other and from the background - adding contrast and improving color coding would go a long way for gameplay. Nice work!
