also, also, also, will my save from the demo carry over to other demos/full game?

Hey! Sorry for the delayed reply- extremely hectic and non-stop week. I'll probably have the game check on whether the player has a save and ask them if they'd like to start there. Although, if everything ends up breaking, it might be a generic save (which, should work because it's really just a difference in levels as everyone has the same pokes). I am adding a bit of extra stuff to the demo now, some of which is plot important, as I realized the battle system could just be stepped up a few notches and I could sneak jokes in between battles. But, I think it's probably best to ask the player "hey, you want to see all this stuff again?" and let them decide. So yeah, if you want to replay or skip it, I'm planning to have that work long term.

sounds nice! and no problem! take your time. little bit of feedback, game started to get a lil' confusing once i got to pewter city. probably because i suck at solving puzzles. another bug report, once i enter the ''freezer'' part of the pewter city pokemart, i get stuck out of bounds.

Sorry for the delay again! This week, sadly, was even busier than last week, which was very busy! I'll keep that in mind in Pewter. The whole thing there (if you haven't gotten it already) is you have to talk to Lorelei and get the juice then go back and talk to the guy that won't let you exit Pewter. I added that sequence a bit late in development because there was a secret that I was trying to front, but I think you're right that it makes things a bit puzzle-y where they might not need to be.

Thank you sincerely for these bug catches by the way. I've updated this thing a billion times and something new always breaks and it's maddening to replay my own game again and again to find things, haha. In fact, there was a serious soft lock that cut the game in half and like half of the people only got that version before I found it... Anyway, so it's great you've found these.

Anyway, I've fixed the freezer lock and the move trainer lock as well as added some other stuff. I'll probably upload a new demo either tonight or in the next few days with these fixes and a couple additions (they aren't live yet). But, we'll see if anything else breaks in the meantime again. Thanks again for everything!

Update:  I broke everything. Update in a few days, hopefully.

No problem! I'm continuing my playthrough today, so i'll be sure to report any and all bugs, and some feedback too! So excited for the Full game, GL with development!

and also, may i suggest having Grey and/or Shinto/Shitno (from FNF Hypno's Lullaby) make a cameo in Misty Orange if you get permission from the Hypno's Lullaby dev team? seems like a nice parody to make a cameo in Misty Orange.

and also, just finished the demo, really great game! i see potential here, if mr. nintendo doesn't send you a cease and desist, that is. oh, and i don't think that effect of the light years thing was supposed to last after the battle with the artist guy. possible bug maybe?

Thanks a ton, and I mean it sincerely! Your encouragement and bug finds are extremely helpful for preventing who knows how many players from getting stuck or crashing. I just patched them all in a new demo version (and added you in the credits as a playtester as well!). Not much is upgraded aside from a Gary fight and a new stupid GUI backdrop with floating Misty heads (you can get the gist of it in this short video here if you don't want to redownload a 300 MB demo). Aside from that, the Misty backdrop also switches to have happy May heads instead with an angry Misty looking on. That said, I'm not quite familiar with FNF Hypno's Lullaby. I have thought about seeing if GarmentDistrict might allow an Anthology of the Killer reference in. Giovanni's "King of Crime" smoke is actually a reference to an older game by the same author called Space Funeral, which is a quite interesting RPG. Anyway, thanks once again for all of this, I really cannot emphasize enough how helpful it has been in helping create a more stable game built.

thanks, and no problem! love the new fancy UI! i don't think i'll replay the demo again just for finding bugs if there's nothing new, though. i'll be sure to check out the next demo with new stuff (that is not purely cosmetic, of course) whenever that comes out! gl with the game!
