Did you check at the right time? The fair only appears from 20:00 to 4:00. Other than that I got no clue.
I will say, this was my issue! I was so confused about the Ardor Fair, I didn’t get to it until the second time around. Third time around and I’m very much looking forward to the second half eventually releasing!
