honestly? I had to turn on cheats to beat Dustin's challenge lol and the cave is for act 3, once they update the game to act 3 it'll be unlocked.

unfortunetly I am not aware of any fix to provide to amazon kindle I'm afraid, don't know if you are playing from the brower or downloaded the phone app.

they do have planned to make more translations (will there be a French translation? I am not sure), but for now their main focus is to work on the game itself.

once they give us a new build, you'll be able to continue from where you left it, you just have to download this new build and open it before deleting the previous build.

if not then there's an option called "chapter select" it'll allow you to select from where you left it.

there's no way to change the keybinds as for now.

the save will be stored there, all you have to do is download the new version, open it and then delete the old version, everything will be transfered (at least is how I do it.) same with phone, I just install the new version and delete the older one, that's it.

I honestly can't answer that question since they haven't told us exactly how buying the game is going to work on Steam.
