Knowing about the bans and all that jazz, I would assume it's just cybernetic parts. You know them americans would ban anything made from china that competes with their own technology. Plus compared to the bots we know their way of being is more humane right from the getgo

You can save it, but it's gotta be manual unfortunately
On the starting screen you click New Game or Load Game, head to the lower right of the list and click in "To File" and proceed to choose where to put your saves. Whenever you want to load your saves you click from file and choose the document. Do make sure to do it every so often if you tend to be forced to uninstall the game as it's not done automatically. Also this saves/loads every save you have in the game and overwrites everyone you have when you load them, so just be careful about that.

To add onto the previous answer, I think merely updating if youre using the itch.io app will be enough for that, but do remember to save the files if you decide to uninstall / change pc / etc

If she literally does not speak nor react nor anything, its the start of the game, later on she speaks with little to no charm but later on as the story goes on she changes. If its later on then perhaps she is upset by either lack of sex or maybe a nickname she doesnt like

I've not had this happen to me personally, but I've read from other posts this can happen due to her having a nickname she doesnt like (unsure which these are) or not having sex with her for a prolonged period of time
