Cleavers are still very usable, all you need is a shield and the shield spirit relic and they're effectively back to costing 1 energy! I have a run rn with a cleaver build at floor 41 and still going strong

edit: floor 56 now and no signs of stopping

If I just did 6 more damage with each use, I would have survived... :(

Idk how I never managed to get a king cleaver, I even had a bunch of extra cleavers waiting to get one

I'm pretty sure the cause of the bug that completely messes up the backpack and disables every button is related to loading a save too many times, since it remembers each time you do, in the stats screen for some reason. So in case that's true, maybe try not to reload too often

I tried to go for a cleaver build, but it ended up becoming this, and I won't complain!

Though I did lose a cleaver run earlier with 4 ninja costumes, a chef's hat, a queen cleaver, 4 regular cleavers, and 2 gold cleavers to the queen bee because I was a fool

I guess archer really is as good as people say it is, just no-hit the floor 9 boss
