Hello! Sorry for the super late reply on this. Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! 🤔If I take another attempt at this game, I will edit to make sure the plot and action are clear even with the description!

Hello! Sorry for the super late reply on this. Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! I'm glad you enjoyed. Also, I just wanted to say, I played your own submission for this jam and it made me burst out laughing so... thank you for that 😂

Hello! Sorry for the super late reply on this. I fully agree on the dead end after dead end from a writing perspective too haha (and apologize as the game dev for the frustration). It burnt me out even before my 24 hours were up. I have definitely learned my lesson ... maybe some day I will go back and tie those dead ends together, create new stories, and provide an experience that's a bit less frustrating!

Thank you for taking the time to play and comment!

Hello! Sorry for the super late reply on this. Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! It makes me happy to hear you had fun!

Sorry for the super late reply on this. Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! I appreciate the encouragement. It left me burnt out and for the past two months I couldn't even bear thinking about it, but your suggestions make me think at some point I can go back and try to finish this... so, thank you!

Thank you! Sorry for the super late reply on this. Appreciate you taking the time to play and comment, and I'm glad you thought it was compelling!

Hello! Sorry for the super late reply on this. Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! It makes me really happy even this attempt was compelling and interesting. But yes, it was a very solid lesson in how perpetually branching endings become awful to manage ...

I think if I try again I would definitely merge the paths as you suggested. I'd have to look into how to do that with Ink, or else change engines to... Twine maybe....

Appreciate the feedback!

Hello! Sorry for the super late reply on this. Thank you for taking the time to play and comment! I'm really happy to hear you enjoyed the writing and game despite it being... well... so rushed and unfinished haha

I can totally see how the restarting thing is a problem... It was my first time using Ink but if (when?) I try again, I'll look into how to avoid that.

Misery does love company indeed

This game was super chill! I think it would make a really good idle puzzle game for a phone, especially, it's one of those things I can imagine myself playing while waiting for one thing or another. Super chill!

I'm so glad you enjoyed! Thanks!

Nice!

I don't know if it was just lag, but it was a bit hard to move the player. I couldn't do more than beat one enemy, so it might also just be that I'm bad at the game XD. I think its a cool game though!

Thank you! Glad you liked it!

Thank you! Yeah, the writings were uh, a sort of a last minute addition ^-^''' it was also my first time making a game so I had some trouble figuring out how to make a thing to behind the player instead of in front, and in the end I just left it as is. If I ever fix this up, the music is one of the first things to change, trust me!

Pretty fun, but it made me a bit dizzy, especially when I rotated the camera.

The lag on the web is HORRENDOUS, but I love this game nonetheless! It's amazing, the concept is great, the music is fun, the controls feel smooth even with lag, 10/10!

A really chill game! A bit slow for my personal tastes, but it accomplishes its goal well!

Great game, but I also had issues with wall jump + a lot of lag whenever the spikes appeared (and only the spikes, for some reason).

Woah! A five start game all around! This is really awesome, though hellishly hard. Great work!

Thank you!

Very round, very yellow, only mostly looking like a lemon

Many egegege!

The art is cute, and I always like a maze game!

It might be that my computer is laggy, but it nearly wouldn't load...so first off I wonder if that can be optimized? It seems it might have only been an issue for me though. I don't play fps, but the art reminded me of - whats the name, doom? I might be wrong, but those old 90s 3d games! So good job for retro feel!

Nice! This is actually really similar to my own first idea haha 😂 I think if there's something to improve it could be the jump/move? it feels a bit too fast/frictionless/abrupt to be natural, and kept throwing me off.. I really like the game though!

A really cool take on this concept! I love it, but also, you gave them FACES. Do you realize how sad I felt every time one of them fell off? XD (In terms of tech stuff, it felt like there was a bit of lag, especially with the mouse... It might just be my system though.)

Thank you! I'll take the high praise as someone who once upon a time also graced web gaming a lot hahah

Thank you!

Thank you so much! I really love the koi painting too ^-^

Yeah, if I had more time I would have figured out how to edit the music hahaha.

Congrats! That's more than some of my playtesters did!
