I believe a short description on how to play, or controls would be nice. I did get it after a few seconds, but it was not so intuitive. Probably for an audience that is not used to experimenting with controls it would be hard to make the first move.

I'm not a 100% sure it was intended, it was a big learning process. to finish this game.

Nice! It looks great, the main character animation is lovely and the music is awesome! I just had a hard time with wall jumping. I tried escalating the first wall up and after a few tries I kind of gave up. Maybe it wasn't intended to be doing that? Some other times I were just trying to reach a border and jumped on the opposite direction. Maybe I just suck at it haha

Might be the most complete game I played so for for this jam. Congrats!

Hey, world map looks great. Had fun fighting the bosses. And the graphics look so good in such a small time.

The enemies felt a bit similar with different sprites, tough. It would be nice for them to have some move patterns that would set them apart.

Thanks for the reply! It seems itch accepts the GIF format with a loop animation as an icon. It worked out of the box.
