The furry version doesn't appear as an install option in the itch.io desktop client.

That's the message the Itch.io desktop client gives when I try to update.

Cannot update to 4.1 because you host it on an external site.

But is there any act 4 content on the patreon? If not, 3.5 just means they are either 50% done with the act 3 content, or are still working on making adjustments to act 3 before releasing the full act here and moving on to act 4 on the patreon.

I'm unable to install the game [I'm using the itch.io desktop programme.]

I keep getting the following error:

"An error occurred during installation mkdir D:\Comics and Games\Itch\apps\engaging-destiny 2\Engaging Destiny-StandaloneWindows64\Engaging Destiny_Data\il2cpp_data: The system cannot find the path specified."

Is there a workaround for this, or a fix incoming?

I had version 3.11 installed and tried to update to 4.09 and kept getting the following error:

"An error occurred during installation rar: an entry cannot be decompressed (Max_The_Elf_DEMO_Data/sharedassets4.assets.resS"

[=edit=] I don't know if it means anything, but it's odd how it's using / instead of \ right? Folders use \ [=edit=]

After a few tries I presumed it was a compatibility issue with the V3.11 install so uninstalled the game and tried to install V4.09 but I'm still getting the same error so now have no game installed at all.

Cool, good luck ^_^

The same happens on PC.

I tried to install it via the itch.io app and it said that the game files are hosted on an incompatible 3rd party website.

This has been mentioned to the creator multiple times though, so I'm not expecting it to change. [Last time i brought it up they said they weren't doing an android version and that's why.... but I think they were confusing the desktop client itch.io app for one on mobile devices. This issue is with the official itch.io client on PC/Mac that you use to install, run and update your games all in one place.]

I'm using the desktop app and I can't install the game, non of the download options are available on the dropdown menu [windows 10, pc.]

Looks like it's been taken down [link no-longer works,] sorry to see you had to deal with this.

Avast reported the current file as containing malware.

I completely understand, it would obviously be a lot of work, just wanted to check as I love metroidvanias [both SFW and not] XD

Good luck with the game ^_^

The purpose of downloading in the app is so that it will keep the game uptodate when you release updates.

Downloading in the browser doesn't do this, or even add the game to your itch.io library.

Any chance you have a genderswapped version planned for the future? [IE a Male on Male version?]

Something has gone wrong, the game cannot be installed throught the itch.io client.

It says that the game is hosted on an incompatible 3rd party website?

Glad to hear it's not gonna be exclusive. So many good games I see keep skipping the xbox :(

Any plans to bring this to console?

Would certainly be interested in adding it to my xbox collection ^_^

When playing in browser load is not a recognised command.

>load
That's not a verb I recognise.
