I restarted and ran it as admin, it launched then.

Your .exe file isn't setup to automatically require the UAC prompt to be triggered though, and with Windows 7 onwards it won't have access to the locations it needs without running as admin...

Are you going to deploy a proper installer at some point?

Looks like this is an error that's pretty common...

Using the .exe file, game doesn't display any icons on the taskbar and just sits at 20% CPU usage in task manager.

Also tried running as administrator, no different.
