Just brilliant! A neat concept realised with great controls, really nice level progression and a great art and animation style. Love all the small things you thought to include, like the wall "hold". Great fun, and great job! :D

I took a second to get a feel for the mechanic, but after that it was great fun! love the art and music, as well - all comes together nicely. Good job! :D

This is brilliant! Such a simple but unique concept, and the level design really makes it work! just hard enough so you spend some tries optimising your strategy, but without ever being unfair - love it! :D

This is a really cool art style - looks pretty while being really clear! I found myself jumping and dropping most of the time, because aiming the axe was quite challenging, but I still had a blast :D

Really fun watching the bird get harder and harder to control, while being chased by giant spiders :D quite a short game, but I still took a while to finish it - some good frantic fun in the end. Music is chosen perfectly, too ^^

Although the changing controls idea has been a popular one in this jam, this one still feels unique! Love the artstyle, and figuring out and adapting to new controls every level was quite fun! Some fittingly ambient music and sfx could have helped polish it, but this is a jam after all :D

This is so simple, but really effective! Your level design is what makes this - introduces the mechanic and then iterates on it interestingly without getting frustrating - nice job! :D

This is a demonstration of how a few simple things done well can work to make a fun game! Found myself playing for much longer than I would have thought :D

That's a really interesting concept, and great fun when you get to grips with it! Music and animations also work nicely with the artstyle :D

thanks! we thought about making it face the cursor, but, you know, no time for testing ^^

neat idea, but the control possibilities are a bit too reduced imho...

great concept and incredible visuals. love it!

the idea is cool, and could make for some really solid puzzly gameplay, but the controls might be a bit too punishing for my taste. still very cool though!

damn, the music is great! I was slightly confused as to what exactly was going on, though ^^

holy moly, this is gorgeous! I have to agree with the people who say it's a little fumbly to control though... cool concept, too!

(1 edit)

yeah, we didn't really get around to testing and polishing - might get fixed in later versions, if we take this concept further. thanks for coming by!

NotForeseon did definitely never work on this game, so listen to his non-biased evaluation, everybody!
