Had a ton of fun playing this game. Laughed my a** off when the bird spun out of control. Only down side was that there was no restart button (maybe I missed it).

Developer

The lack of a restart button... That was my bad. xD

Glad you liked it! :D

Neat game. Had a bit of trouble understanding what everything meant, but still won with 3 seconds to spare. Could you elaborate on exactly how the controls do work?

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed it!

Basically, Its a balance thing. Though, the mecha-bird needs "Controls" to be able to move and not skate about. When too many "Controls" are collected, the Bird becomes overcharged (Magenta), gaininig speed, but malfunctioning, causing erratic movement. When hoarding 'controls' goes out of control, the bird also goes out of control, becoming super-charged (Blue)! Attaining mach-speed, but malfunctioning to the limit.

Health is the second factor, on 3 HP (Full health) makes the bird slip about, making it less controllable, and getting to 1 HP gives the bird more drag, making it more accurate in its movements, but leaving the player in danger.

I had a hard time controlling the bird ...

Oh, that's intentional? ^^

Just kidding. Really nice concept and was fun trying to figure out how to bypass the spiders and taking as little steps as needed.

Could use some polish with the controls / explanation what's going on. Took me a couple of tries before I figured out that every step costed me a 'controller'

Thank you for the specific feedback :)

Really fun watching the bird get harder and harder to control, while being chased by giant spiders :D quite a short game, but I still took a while to finish it - some good frantic fun in the end. Music is chosen perfectly, too ^^

I like the idea,  very enjoyable experience, maybe it could be a little longer. My only suggestion is to place some kind of sprite on the exit/goal to make it more clear where to go, but that didnt affect my experience, so overall good game!

Fun game! I like how the bird slowly turned into a glitch mess the longer the game went on. It made it really stressful as the countdown occurred with my bird spazzing out in front of the door! It was a little short, but in the end I enjoyed my time with it.
