Noted! The game was pretty unbalanced in all honesty, and I would have done many things differently if I had the time, but I appreciate the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback! This was my first attempt at making a game in 3D, so I also had to accept the flaws of balancing the game to get something out on time. I also wanted more interesting 'upgrades', but was pressed for time as well.

Criticism is valid though! I'll keep it in mind for next time.

A very flattering compliment! What's actually hilarious is that this game was ALSO a fully realized version of the last game jam I ended up doing. I did finish it, but I didn't have any time to even make basic art for it (it was around two days long?) But, this games ideas was directly built off the previous which really helped in the initial stages of blocking out the mechanics!

I am confident with my art skills,  and as a beginner programmer, I also feel like my coding skills are solidifying more with each project I throw myself at, it's such a rush to get this far with it this time around and I'm hoping I'll be able to tackle music and audio proper on a future project/game jam I take on!

Valid criticism! Being a solo dev for this and having to add all the audio stuff in the final hours, I'll admit I don't have much experience adding sound effects and music (I usually don't get that far with projects, haha). I didn't end up finding a track that wasn't copyrighted, and that was also not too distracting from the atmosphere I was going for, so I went with my gut and left it silent.

I'm still glad you enjoyed the game though! :)

Good stuff! Simple and nice to play

I put most of the sound effects in the last hours, and felt like i couldnt find a tune/ambience (that wasent copyrighted) into it that fit just right. I went with my gut and just left it silent, but the critisism is valid!

Thanks for enjoying the game as well! I worked really hard on it.

Thank you for the compliment! Yes, i made the time-limit very generous due to not having the time to find proper balancing, and Biggy is just great, how could i resist?

Thats insane! I love it

Thanks so much! Yes, a lot of playtesting was done with over 10+ friends, its the most uncomfortable part of the development process but gives the most amount of insight! The game changes a lot from feedback and i value it highly

That's some high praise! Thank you so much!

I did play Subnautica and know what youre talking about! The influence was unintentional, but that would have been a great reference to go off of from the get go.

I ended up working in a small oxygen system, but i didnt have the time for balancing that wouldnt make it too stressful, but still a valid suggestion!

Thank you! It was a lot of fun to put together, i dont do pixel art as much as I do regular illustrations, but im so glad you enjoyed it.

Haha, wish i had the same confidence as you! Im just really glad i finished it!

Everyone did such amazing jobs.

thanks for the heads up! ill look into it

Working all that in now! And thanks!
