What Music software are you using for Will you snail?
I'd assume there'd be no problem so long as there is a way you can upload/link, your project :)
I have used Gdevelop, its a good alternative to construct 3 (though not as robust) for the jam however I'm just doing it on Raw Python
I agree with Farquaad, Brackey's tutorials are amazing

If you are Building 2D Games , I cannot Recommend Unreal, but Unity or Godot will work a treat
