I just checked and they appear to be correctly labeled. Either way, a 64 bit system should be able to run both versions. Not sure what the issue is but I'd guess something went wrong during the download.

Good atmosphere and build up. Having a tutorial area at the start to get used to controls was nice.
Exploring went smoothly despite the maze-like tomb until I found the bleeding Monolith. From there, I explored every nook and cranny but was unable to progress further. I must've missed something, I'll try again later with fresh eyes.
I did encounter a bug with the torch. After it's blown out by the wind, it can still be used to light braziers, and dropping and picking it back up will also re-light it.
The Braziers only staying lit for a fixed amount of time makes sense, but does increase the chances of someone getting lost. Which may be intentional, and to be fair I found it fairly easy to navigate up to the monolith.
I like the visuals and atmosphere. Not particularly scary but certainly feels appropriate for Halloween. Shooting spells is fun, and overall the gameplay is a solid concept that I'd be keen to see explored more fully in the future.
Biggest issue is performance. I'm getting very low framerates even on an RTX2080 with constant dips.
