Where can I find the water for the parched guy by the airport, and the doujin for the guy in residence? I've been searching for a while and can't find anything

I really like the story and combat, but I really dislike the progression system. Whenever I beat an enemy, it doesn't feel good, it just feels hollow, because I've wasted my time, money, resources, health, and mana for nothing in return. Can you make all enemies drop gold or items, rather than just goblins, and make enemy respawns a setting in the settings menu? Sorry if this is implemented in the late game, I never got there. Oh, and I know you can grind for cash in the blacksmith place, but it's just really slow and annoying compared to the good combat. And if stealth is how you're "supposed" to play, could you make it so that there are no mandatory encounters? Kind of defeats the purpose.
