nice score

OOO nice idea. Would you mind showing me the code for the rasers? I wonder how you did that. I have few ideas, but i wanna see yours

Tbh, that smoothness wasn't intentional, that was just me making platformer for the first time. I was a little bit experimental, so as soon as i saw characters move, i was like: "OOO NICE! now i should focus on main mechanics (the time recording)". After some time i noticed that platformers shouldn't be as smooth as mine was, but i had an awful burnout and couldn't bring myself to try and fix theese stuff and polishing things. If you have a good tutorial, It would be great if you would share it to me, cuz I m willing to learn and become better! Thanks for advice!

its kinda buggy, I wonder if you could give me the unity file, so i could see how you coded it, bc i never did something like that and its interesting! Did you do that with line renderer (i only used it once long time ago so i wanna remind myself how to use it)

yeah that was my first published platformer kind of game, thats why moving is so bad. Sorry

AYY LUVIK! the guy who made money protector on that gamejam! I was the only one other than you that submited anything, remember?

but how? I clicked everything i could and nothing was happening. The card i had just went into middle and thats it

My favorite. It is so good that i added to the collection and followed you to play cool games later! Great job!

nice atmosphere, but i m not that fan of graphics... But I really liked the audio!

damn. Well glad you liked it!

sory but there are no instructions. I will play when you explain it and then rate it ok?

Here is jump fix & browser version https://antyco.itch.io/on-your-shoulders-033-fixed-web-edition. Please use it for ratings

i just made the web version. Had a bug that didnt allow me to, but now it works! https://antyco.itch.io/on-your-shoulders-033-fixed-web-edition

here, i fixed it: https://antyco.itch.io/on-your-shoulders-033-fixed-web-edition

so yeah, thanks for the hint and i will use your method next time, but i somewhat fixed the problem and added the web design, so could you play this version and make new rating? Or at least play it and tell me about the experience, what you would change etc. https://antyco.itch.io/on-your-shoulders-033-fixed-web-edition

i will fix it very soon and link you fixed version

yeah i had that bug that when you move in air right or left you get stuck in the wall... But it is an easy fix not sure why i didn't fix that. I will notify you when i will fix it. Glad you liked the rest of the game (about WebGL - it didn't wanna work. Maybe it was because i named the file v0.3 with that dot?)

yes, because of dumb bug i had to disable controlling left/right in air

you have to gain tempo then jump

pretty good and interesting game, but little bit too much special effects

short. Funny, but short and there isnt a lot of gameplay

this is basicaly shitpost, but i kinda liked the humor

pretty neat! Its relaxing, and i really like map design. One of the best here

kinda buggy, and you can easly fall outside the map, its not that funny, but i felt kinda relaxed which was the theme...

its okay i guess? Its not that funny and you can "complete" it after like 5 mins, but mechanics are overall not that bad

this game is interesting... not that funny, but kinda fun to play (and hard)

thanks a lot

.

there is also:
Have fun
Certificates will be sent for all locations

Which i dont understand... What Certificates?

Yeah, defense mode was a random thing I added. When game Jam started theme was still ?????? So i thought that there was no theme, only money mechanics. After I did basics of factory, I checked for deadline and then I saw that creator was just late with theme. Thats why defense mode seems so odd. If theme wasnt there I wouldnt add defense mode. (Also yes, there is 25$ cost to defeat goblins). And that's true that most buildings in factory aren't explained well. (This was my first game I added tutorial and informations, bc of 3 week deadline)

What do you think about my game then? I got feedback from only my 2 friends, so that would be nice to know from others

Umm... Creative idea, but not that good execution. Graphics were amaizing, I m impressed by your pixelart, music was also ok (but got little irritating after a while), but lets talk about gameplay. I m confused, and kinda sad that this project turned out not as great as I saw it first time... Assets are maybe made by your team... I don't know, but gameplay is the worst part of this: There is no tutorial, player have no idea what and how upgrades works, Movement is very confusing. I m just dissapointed, and game doesn't end/reset after death. Sorry, but that's propably the weakest of your projects
